Between grades, friendships, comparison, and social media, it’s no wonder 7 out of 10 high school girls say they feel anxious or not “good enough.” Blossom Circles were created to help them find their balance, protect their peace, and remind them that they don’t have to have it all figured out to start growing.
What Happens in a Blossom Circle
Each small group session focuses on one of the 12 pillars from Her Blooming Season—like self-love, balance, resilience, and mindfulness. Using the Wheel of Becoming, participants learn to check in with themselves and measure emotional growth over time.
We talk openly about what it’s like to be a teen girl today like the expectations, the pressure, and the constant noise, and together we practice how to navigate it with confidence and calm.
Topics We Explore:
Balance: Between academics, sports, social life, and self-care
Authenticity: Learning who you are beyond social media filters, titles and societal pressures
Confidence: Overcoming comparison and perfectionism
Friendships: Protecting your peace and setting healthy boundaries
Why It Matters:
This generation is more connected yet lonelier than ever. Blossom Circles are designed to build real connection through empathy, honesty, and growth.
Join our next Blossom Circle for High School Girls! We’ll be focusing on the pillars from Her Blooming Season and using the Wheel of Becoming to help each girl find her center again.
It’s okay to grow at your own pace—you’re still blooming beautifully.
