As part of The Blossom Team, you’ll help share the message of Her Blooming Season and The Blossom Circle, connecting students, educators, and professionals with self-care tools and programs that help girls blossom with confidence.

🌸 We’re Looking for Team Members Who Can…

🌷 Represent the Blossom with Zara brand with kindness and professionalism - at school visits, book signings, and pop-up events.

🌸 Communicate warmly & confidently with students, educators, and professionals who support female students.

🌸 Share self-care resources & student programs like The Blossom Circle, Wheel of Becoming and Her Blooming Season.

🌼 Be dependable and team-oriented, showing up on time.

🌸 Create a welcoming environment at vendor tables by greeting guests, answering questions, and

helping distribute cupcakes, affirmation cards, & bookmarks.

🌸 Model self-care & compassion, demonstrating through your actions what it means to live in bloom.

🌷 Engage positively on social media, sharing encouragement and awareness for upcoming events.

🌸 Stay organized & flexible, assisting with event setup, sign-ups, and light hospitality duties.

🌷Lead through kindness, not titles, treating everyone like they belong.

🌼 Be a light in your community, reminding others that healing, confidence, and growth are always possible with self-care.
