Private Blossom Circle (Virtual)

The Blossom Circle is a 6-session virtual self-care experience created by Zara Jones, author of Her Blooming Season.

It’s designed for students and young women who are ready to explore personal growth, mindfulness, and emotional wellness in a safe, encouraging, and guided environment.

This option can be selected for one-on-one circles, group circles, or for youth/student leadership groups. 

Over six weeks, participants meet online in small groups led by certified Blossom Mentors. Together, we reflect, journal, and share strategies for handling stress, building confidence, and developing healthy self-care habits — because learning to “bloom where you’re planted” starts with community. 🌼

💻 Virtual Format

Each Blossom Circle meets according to the organization's preferred hkjh  schedule for 60 minutes via Zoom, blending:

• 🌸 Guided mindfulness exercises

• 💬 Group reflections & discussion prompts

• 🪞 “Wheel of Becoming” check-ins

• ✍️ Journaling & affirmation activities

• 💫 Guest mentor encouragement sessions

Participants receive digital access to all materials, including:

• Her Blooming Season Self-Care eWorkbook

• Wheel of Becoming Tool

• Blossom Affirmation Deck (digital)

After the session is completed, a report is provided to the organization outlining key resources, discussions, and attendance checks.

• Middle school, high school, and college-aged female students and clubs 

• Educators, mentors, and youth advocates seeking structured wellness programming

• Parents or schools want to introduce mindfulness and self-care frameworks.
