The Blossom Circle is a 6-session virtual self-care experience created by Zara Jones, author of Her Blooming Season.
It’s designed for a single student to explore personal growth, mindfulness, and emotional wellness in a safe, encouraging, and guided environment by Zara Jones.
Over six weeks, the participant meets online and covers self-care pillars, conducts The Wheel of Becoming exercise, and follow-up activities including affirmations, reflections and tasks planning for handling stress, building confidence, and developing healthy self-care habits — because learning to “bloom where you’re planted” starts with community. 🌼
💻 Virtual Format
Each Blossom Circle meets according to the set schedule for 45 minutes via Zoom, blending:

💬 Group reflections & discussion prompts
🪞 “Wheel of Becoming” check-ins
✍️ Journaling & affirmation activities
💫 Guest mentor encouragement sessions
