Blossom Circles: Helping Middle School Girls Build Confidence from the Inside Out

Middle school can feel like standing in front of a mirror that never stops talking. One minute you love who you are, and the next you’re questioning everything. Studies show that self-esteem in girls drops by 30% between ages 10 and 14 and that’s exactly where our Blossom Circles step in.

What Is a Blossom Circle?

Blossom Circles are small, heart-led gatherings for girls in middle school to talk openly about who they are becoming. Through guided conversations, reflection, and tools from Her Blooming Season, we teach them that self-care is not selfish, it’s how confidence grows.

Each circle uses The Wheel of Becoming, a tool that helps participants see where they currently are in areas like confidence, balance, self-worth, and mindfulness, and shows their growth over time.

What We Talk About:

  • Body Image & Confidence: Learning to love the body you’re growing into

  • Friendships & Boundaries: Recognizing who feels safe and who drains your energy

  • School Stress: Finding a healthy balance between effort and rest

  • What Self-Care Really Means: Daily habits that build peace and self-respect

Why It Matters:

So many girls feel pressure to be perfect, popular, or constantly productive. Blossom Circles remind them that they are enough, even while they’re learning, changing, and growing.

Stay tuned for our next Blossom Circle! Let your daughter, sister, niece, mentee or student join a safe space designed to help her blossom with confidence and joy. We’ll be diving into our pillars from Her Blooming Season using the Wheel of Becoming to help her reflect, reset, and grow.

Because confidence blooms when you realize you were never alone in your growth.
